Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• In original condition • With original packaging

• All tags attached

• Must not be worn, washed, or altered

• Free from makeup stains and/or perfume scent

The item(s) must be received by us before any refunds or exchanges are processed. Please note: Items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
